Step 2: Submit a copy of your Professional License
Use the form below to submit a copy of your professional license. Once your license has been submitted, it will be verified by a member of our staff. Upon approval, you will be notified and your account will be upgraded. You will then be able to make purchases on our website when logged in. *Please note: It may take a few days to receive approval. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 7am–4pm PST (excluding holidays). Licenses submitted on Friday may not be reviewed until the following Monday.
